Responsibilities of the applicant

The applicant shall submit its application for vehicle type authorisation and/or vehicle authorisation for placing on the market in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that the relevant requirements from applicable legislation are identified and met when submitting its application for vehicle type authorisation and/or vehicle authorisation for placing on the market.
