Applicable law and jurisdiction

Article 20

1. The contract shall be governed by the laws of one of the Member States of the European Union, as agreed by the parties to the contract. 2. The contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of one of the Member States of the European Union, as agreed by the parties to the contract.
