Regulation (EU) 2018/643 Article 6

Transmission of statistics to Eurostat

Article 6

1.   Member States shall transmit the statistics referred to in Article 4 to Eurostat. 2.   The Commission shall adopt implementing acts laying down the arrangements for the transmission of the statistics referred to in Article 4. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 11(2).
