Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/775 Article 4

Entry into force, date of application and transitional measures

Article 4

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 April 2020. Foods placed on the market or labelled prior to the date of application of this Regulation may be marketed until the stocks are exhausted.
