Article 6

1. Subject to paragraph 2, imports of the 23 product categories specified in Annex I originating in one of the developing countries shall, as specified in Annex IV, not be subject to the tariff quotas or subject to the additional duty referred to in Article 1. 2. For each of the 23 product categories, Annex IV specifies the originating developing countries which shall be subject to the measures set out in Article 1.
