Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/1042 Article 2

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 14 August 2020. However, points 3(f) and 6(b) of the Annex shall apply from 14 August 2018.
