Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/1145 Article 3

Entry into force and application

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 January 2018. However, points (8), (9) and (10) of Article 1 and point (3) of the Annex shall apply from 1 January 2019.
