Professional secrecy and confidentiality and data security

Article 12

1.   The competent authorities shall ensure the security of the data obtained in accordance with Articles 3 and 4, Article 5(3) and Article 6. 2.   All information obtained by the competent authorities shall be covered by the duty of professional secrecy.
