Costs

Article 5

1. The costs of operating, maintaining and further developing Central SIS and the Communication Infrastructure shall be borne by the general budget of the Union. Those costs shall include work done with respect to CS-SIS, in order to ensure the provision of the services referred to in Article 4(6). 2. The costs of setting up, operating, maintaining and further developing each N.SIS shall be borne by the Member State concerned.
