General provisions on financial actors and their liability

Article 16

1. Articles 72 to 76 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2018/1046 shall apply. 2. Articles 90 to 95 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2018/1046 concerning the liability of the financial actors shall apply.
