Article 35

1. Articles 234, 235 and 252 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2018/1046 shall apply. 2. With regard to Article 234(2) of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2018/1046, references to the competent committee shall be the understood as to the European Development Fund Committee referred to in Article 8 of the Internal Agreement.
