Statement of assurance

Article 43

At the same time as the annual report referred to in Article 258 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2018/1046, the Court of Auditors shall provide the European Parliament and the Council with a statement of assurance as to the reliability of the accounts and the legality and regularity of the underlying transactions, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union .
