Number of staff of the BEREC Office

Article 31

1. In accordance with the principle of activity-based management of human resources, the BEREC Office shall have the staff required to carry out its duties. 2. The number of staff and corresponding financial resources shall be proposed in accordance with Article 23(2) and (4) and Article 24(1), taking account of point (a) of Article 5 and all other tasks assigned to the BEREC Office by this Regulation or by other Union legal acts, as well as the need for compliance with the regulations applicable to all Union decentralised agencies.
