Provision of information to data subjects
Article 3
1. The Commission shall publish on its website data protection notices that inform all data subjects of its activities involving processing of their personal data. 2. The Commission shall individually inform, in an appropriate format, the person concerned by an administrative inquiry, pre-disciplinary, disciplinary or suspension proceedings, as well as witnesses requested to provide information in relation to those proceedings, about the processing of their personal data. 3. Where the Commission restricts in accordance with Article 2 of this Decision, wholly or partly, the provision of the information referred to in paragraph 2, it shall record and register the reasons for the restriction in accordance with Article 6.
