Hearings with individual interested parties or groups of interested parties with similar interests and the Commission services responsible for investigation
Article 7
1. The hearing officer may organise and conduct a hearing between an individual interested party or a group of interested parties with similar interests and the Commission services responsible for the investigation, upon a reasoned request of the interested party or the group of interested parties with similar interests. 2. An individual interested party may request a hearing on a specific issue with a group of interested parties with similar interests and the Commission services responsible for the investigation. The hearing shall take place provided that at least one other individual interested party with similar interests agrees to participate.
