Article 2

1. This Decision shall apply from the day following that on which the Treaties cease to apply to the United Kingdom. 2. Point (1)(a) of Article 1 shall apply from the date referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article unless a decision to increase the capital of the Bank has been adopted with effect from that date or before that date.
