Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/88 Article 2

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 13 August 2019. However, for acetamiprid in olives for oil production, table olives, barley and oats, it shall apply from 13 February 2019.
