Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/256 Article 3

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Article 2 shall apply from 14 February 2015. Point (1) of Annex III shall apply from 1 January 2014.
