Article 3

1. Deadlines for the population of the register of infrastructure stipulated in Implementing Decision 2014/880/EU and set out in the Annex to this Regulation remain applicable. 2. Member States and the Agency shall ensure that the data collected and inserted in the register of infrastructure in accordance with Implementing Decision 2014/880/EU remains available, and shall ensure it is accessible via the RINF Application.
