ANNEX XII
Part B of Annex XXI is amended as follows:
(1)
the following point (19) is added:
‘(19)
The number of applications submitted to the supervisory authority, in accordance with paragraph 10 of Article 71, to waive the application of the principal loss-absorbency mechanism referred to in point (e) of paragraph 1 of that Article, and how many were successful.’;
(2)
the last sentence of part B is replaced by the following:
‘The information set out in paragraphs 2 to 19 shall be provided in relation to the last calendar year.’
