Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1189 Article 2

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . However, point 3 of Article 1 shall apply from 1 January 2020. As far as Ireland is concerned, Annex III shall apply from 1 September 2019.
