Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1213 Article 6

Entry into force and application

Article 6

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 27 May 2021. However, points 1.4(d), 5.3 and 8.1 of Annex I, Annex II and points 3, 8.2 and 10 of Annex III shall apply from 27 May 2024.
