Council Regulation (EU) 2019/1601 Article 2

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply with effect from 1 July 2019. However, points 2, 3 and 4 of paragraph 1 of Annex II and paragraph 2 of that Annex shall apply with effect from 1 January 2019.
