Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/1673 Article 2

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 January 2020 or from the day following that on which the Treaties cease to apply to the United Kingdom pursuant to Article 50(3) of the Treaty on European Union, whichever is the later. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
