Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/1966 Article 3

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Article 1 shall apply from 1 May 2020. Points (1)(a) and (2)(b) of Annex II shall apply from 11 June 2019.
