Entry into force and application

Article 11

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 March 2021. However, Article 10 shall apply from 25 December 2019 and point 1(a), (b) and (c) of Article 3 shall apply from 1 November 2020.
