Rules for information in computer database of kept ovine and caprine animals
Article 49
The competent authority shall store the information referred to in Article 109(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/429 in respect of kept ovine and caprine animals in a computer database in accordance with the following rules: (a) the following information must be recorded for establishments keeping those animals: (i) the unique registration number assigned to it; (ii) the name and address of the operator of establishment; (b) the following information must be recorded for each movement of those animals into and from the establishment: (i) the total number of animals; (ii) the unique registration number of their establishments of origin and destination; (iii) the date of arrival; (iv) the date of departure.
