Article 3

The list of Union quarantine pests, as referred to in Article 5 of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031, is set out in Annex II to this Regulation. The list of Union quarantine pests not known to occur in the Union territory is set out in Part A of Annex II and the list of Union quarantine pests known to occur in the Union territory is set out in Part B of Annex II.
