Entry into force and application

Article 26

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. 2. It shall apply from 1 January 2021. 3. However, Article 5(2), (3) and (4), and Articles 11 to 15 shall apply from 1 January 2022.
