Starting date of close cooperation between the ECB and BNB

Article 4

1. The starting date of close cooperation between the ECB and BNB shall be 1 October 2020. 2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1, for the purpose of the identification of significant supervised entities established in the Republic of Bulgaria pursuant to Article 110 of Regulation (EU) No 468/2014 (ECB/2014/17), the starting date of close cooperation between the ECB and BNB shall be considered to be the date of application of this Decision.
