Commission Decision (EU) 2020/1237 Article 1

Article 1

The United Kingdom is authorised to apply the following extensions of the periods specified in Article 3(1) and Article 11(2) of Regulation (EU) 2020/698: (a) an extension of four months of the period between 1 February 2020 and 31 August 2020 specified in Article 3(1) of Regulation (EU) 2020/698; (b) an extension of four months of the period of seven months specified in Article 3(1) of Regulation (EU) 2020/698; (c) an extension of four months of the period between 1 March 2020 and 31 August 2020 specified in Article 11(2) of Regulation (EU) 2020/698.
