Article 4

1. The Member States shall assist each other administratively in the application of this Decision. 2. Slovenia shall act as coordinating Member State in respect of Article 1(2)(a). 3. Any Member State receiving an application under Article 3 shall immediately notify Slovenia of the amount covered by the application. Slovenia shall immediately inform the notifying Member States as to whether authorisation would result in the maximum quantity provided for in Article 1(2)(a) being exceeded.
