Article 1
1. The position to be taken on the Union’s behalf within the CARIFORUM-EU Trade and Development Committee established by the Economic Partnership Agreement between the CARIFORUM States, of the one part, and the European Community and its Member States, of the other part, as regards the establishment of a Special Committee on Services shall be based on the draft Decision of the CARIFORUM-EU Trade and Development Committee ( 2 ) . 2. Minor changes to the draft Decision of the CARIFORUM-EU Trade and Development Committee may be agreed to by the representatives of the Union in the CARIFORUM-EU Trade and Development Committee without further decision of the Council.
