Council Decision (EU) 2020/2233 Article 4

Article 4

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 January 2021, except for Article 2, which shall apply from 1 July 2021 or from the entry into force of a regulation establishing the external financing instrument, whichever is the later.
