Procedural expediency

Article 17

1.   Member States shall ensure that representative actions for injunctive measures referred to in Article 8 are dealt with with due expediency. 2.   Representative actions for injunctive measures referred to in point (a) of Article 8(1) shall, if appropriate, be dealt with by way of a summary procedure.
