ANNEX IISupplementary provisions

ANNEX II Annex II (Part-SAO) to Regulation (EU) 2018/1976 is amended as follows: (1) Point SAO.GEN.125 ‘Designation of the pilot-in-command’ is replaced by the following: ‘ Point SAO.GEN.125 Designation of the pilot-in-command The operator shall designate a pilot-in-command who is qualified to act as pilot-in-command in accordance with Annex III to this Regulation.’.
