Requirements for granting approval of vessels or other mobile premises where aquaculture animals are kept temporarily to be treated or to undergo another husbandry-related procedure
Article 19
When granting approval, the competent authority shall ensure that vessels or other mobile premises where aquaculture animals are kept temporarily to be treated or to undergo another husbandry-related procedure comply with the requirements set out in: (a) point 1 of Part 12 of Annex I, in relation to biosecurity measures; (b) point 2 of Part 12 of Annex I, in relation to facilities and equipment.
