Movement and handling of hatching eggs after the entry
Article 103
Following their entry into the Union, operators, including transporters, shall ensure that consignments of hatching eggs are: (a) transported directly from the point of entry to their place of destination in the Union; (b) comply with the requirements for movement within the Union and handling following their entry into the Union as laid down for the particular species and category of hatching eggs in Chapters 5 and 7 of this Title.
