Identification of breeding ratites and productive ratites

Article 43

Consignments of breeding ratites and productive ratites shall only be permitted to enter into the Union if the animals of the consignment are individually identified by neck-tags or an injectable transponder: (a) with the code of the third country or territory of origin conforming with ISO Standard 3166 in the format of two-letter; (b) which comply with ISO standards 11784 and 11785.
