Lodging of a security

Article 4

Issuing of the following licences shall be subject to the lodging of a security: (a) import licences; (b) export licences for the cheese quota opened by the United States of America set out in Section 2 of Chapter 7 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/761; (c) export licences for the milk powder quota opened by the Dominican Republic set out in Section 2 of Chapter 7 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/761.
