Proof of release for free circulation and export

Article 14

1. Quantities not released for free circulation or not exported by the end of the period of validity of the licence shall be regarded as unused quantities. 2. Proof of release for free circulation as well as proof of export and exit of the customs territory of the Union shall be provided in accordance with Article 14(6) of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1239.
