Quality standards

Article 19

The quality standards and tolerances applicable to the common wheat of a quality other than high quality falling within CN code 1001 99 00, shall be those set out in Annex II to Commission Regulation (EC) No 642/2010 ( 20 ) . The methods of analysis provided for in Part II of Annex I to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1240 ( 21 ) shall apply.
