Cheese export quotas opened by the United States of America

Article 58

In accordance with the concessions made in the framework of the World Trade Organisation, tariff quotas are open for export to the United States of America of milk products of EU origin falling within CN code 0406, subject to the conditions laid down in this Regulation. The volume of each tariff quota and the export tariff quota period for that quota are specified in Annex XIII to this Regulation.
