Regulation (EU) 2020/851 Article 2

Entry into force and application

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Point (3)(a) and (b) and point (6) of Article 1 shall apply from 1 March 2021. Point (3)(c) and (d) and point (5) of Article 1 shall apply from 1 July 2021.
