Regulation (EU) 2020/873 Article 3

Entry into force and application

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 27 June 2020. Notwithstanding the second paragraph of this Article, point (4) of Article 1 shall apply from 28 June 2021.
