Discounts and inducements

Article 6

1.   Member States shall take account of discounts that: (a) can be attributed to an individual product; and (b) can be claimed at the time of purchase. Where possible, account shall be taken of discounts that are available only to a restricted group of consumers. 2.   Inducements shall be treated in accordance with Articles 10 and 11.
