Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/1273 Article 3

Entry into force and date of application

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . However, Article 1, points (1) to (8), and Article 2 shall apply from 21 July 2019.
