General payment modalities

Article 5

1. All fees shall be paid in euro. 2. Any late payment shall incur the default interest laid down in Article 99 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2018/1046 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 3 ) . 3. Communications between ESMA and third-country CCPs shall take place by electronic means.
