List of EU type-approvals
Article 4
1. When Member States make the lists of EU type-approvals and technical services referred to in Article 12(4) of Regulation (EU) 2018/858 accessible to the public using ETAES, they shall do so in a standardised searchable format. Member States shall keep those lists up to date. 2. The following information shall be included in the list(s) referred to in paragraph 1: (a) the distinguishing number of the Member State, in accordance with point 2.1 of Annex IV to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/683, that issued the EU type-approval certificate; (b) the number of the EU type-approval certificate; (c) the status of the EU type-approval ‘granted’, ‘amended’, ‘refused’ or ‘withdrawn’; (d) the name of the technical service responsible for carrying out the tests, where applicable; (e) the approval date of the EU type-approval certificate. 3.
