Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/2085 Article 3

Entry into force and application

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Article 1 shall apply from 1 January 2021. However, points (1), (4) to (10) and (12) of Article 1 shall apply from 1 January 2022.
